Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading financial service provider to assist them in sourcing a Senior Business Analyst for their Merchant Service Delivery team.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to the enhancement and improvement of the institution’s merchant onboarding platform and processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for capturing and grooming requirements into features, epics & tasks including dependencies in collaboration with the squads that align with business requirements.
- Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc) in order to articulate business needs and solution requirements.
- Produce As-Is and To-Be Process Maps
- Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs
- Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered
- Assist the Product Owner to define the business value and outcomes.
- Expert in translating end user/customer insights into Features, Epics & Tasks
About You
- Significant experience within the banking and/or finance industry as a senior business analyst
- You will have extensive experience in banking products/payments.
- In-depth experience in KYC and/or Merchant services.
- Understanding of the payments landscape and data flow.
- Detailed knowledge of Australian financial services and the Credit Card lifecycle from both a consumer, merchant, issuing and acquiring stand point​ (Preferred)
- Understanding the customer journey, experience in onboarding and/or migration of customers
