Davidson is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Business Analyst for a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This organisation is delivering critical customer and integration-focused projects within a complex enterprise environment and is seeking a BA who can confidently operate across both business and technology stakeholders.
About the Role
This role will see the successful candidate working across digital platforms and enterprise integration initiatives, supporting the delivery of customer-facing solutions and backend system enhancements within a fast-paced banking environment.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, and working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and previous experience navigating complex enterprise environments will be essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements
- Facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Supporting digital transformation and integration initiatives
- Mapping current and future state business processes
- Collaborating with delivery teams across Agile environments
- Assisting with solution design, testing, and implementation activities
- Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple business units
About You
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Big 4 banking environment
- Strong digital project delivery experience
- Hands-on experience working on integration-focused initiatives
- Excellent requirements gathering and process mapping capabilities
- Experience working across Agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence will be highly regarded
