About the Role
This is a senior, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in cross‑functional product and engineering environments, shaping initiatives end‑to‑end and influencing outcomes at scale.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, optimising processes, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement within an agile environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis on complex initiatives
- Elicit, analyse and document detailed business requirements, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and high‑level discussions to align on scope, priorities and outcomes
- Develop and document as‑is and to‑be process flows to support business transformation
- Partner with product, engineering, design and data teams to shape and validate solutions
- Support iteration planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Identify delivery risks and contribute mitigation strategies
- Support testing, change management and successful implementation of solutions
- Mentor and coach junior analysts and contribute to capability uplift across the team
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement across analysis and delivery disciplines
About You
- Strong experience in a Senior Business Analyst role within complex, fast‑moving environments
- Experience in large digital, platform or online marketplace environments
- Exposure to data, analytics or enterprise-scale systems
- Experience supporting enterprise change and transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to lead business analysis across multiple workstreams or initiatives
- Deep experience working in Agile / iterative delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and business process modelling techniques
- Confidence working with engineers, product managers and cross‑functional teams
