About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s customer onboarding and KYC capabilities. Working across business and technology teams, you will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand regulatory, operational, and customer needs.
- Analysing and mapping current onboarding and KYC processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Defining business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
- Collaborating with compliance, operations, and digital teams to deliver seamless onboarding solutions.
- Supporting testing, training, and change management activities.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong background in customer onboarding processes and KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
