Davidson is proud to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation undergoing a high-impact transformation within its Corporate & Institutional Banking division. This program will see the replacement of a legacy system with a new third-party securitisation platform designed to manage pool monitoring, surveillance, and regulatory compliance across structured finance portfolios.
About the Role
This is a pivotal 12-month contract opportunity for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to work on the successful migration to a new vendor platform supporting securitisation and credit operations. You’ll be embedded within a tight-knit delivery team, working closely with the Product Owner, risk and credit stakeholders, and the external platform provider to assess, shape, and deliver a solution that is both compliant and fit-for-purpose.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the analysis of requirements and end-to-end process design for the new platform
- Assessing solution capability and alignment with business and regulatory needs
- Engaging with third-party vendors to manage delivery, scope, and fit-gap assessments
- Collaborating with credit and lending teams to ensure accuracy across risk and assessment workflows
- Supporting solution validation, testing, and deployment activities
About You
You’re a sharp and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with deep experience across lending, credit risk, and institutional banking domains. You understand how securitisation fits into the bigger picture and are confident operating at the intersection of business, technology, and regulation.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience as a Senior BA in large-scale transformation programs
- Deep knowledge of lending products, credit assessment processes, and risk frameworks
- Experience with structured finance or securitisation (essential)
- Solid understanding of regulatory expectations, especially APS221
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendor relationships and assess external solutions
- Clear communication skills and confidence engaging both internal and external stakeholder
