to support the delivery of key data transformation initiatives. We’re seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst
with proven experience in data integration, migration, and system enhancements
across complex enterprise environments.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical know-how with business insight, and thrives in large-scale transformation programs involving legacy systems, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration & Migration
- Lead data migration from legacy platforms to modern SaaS solutions
- Drive ETL processes, data mapping, validation, cleansing, and testing
- Document data flows and collaborate with architects on integration strategies
Technical & SAP Expertise
- Strong SQL and database management within on-premise environments
- Translate business requirements into functional SAP specs (IS-U)
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver system improvements
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance are upheld
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Analysis
- Facilitate workshops, develop business cases, and define user stories
- Model current/future state processes using BPMN/UML
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and reports for executive stakeholders
About You
- Significant experience in technical business analysis within large, complex environments
- Background in utilities or other asset-heavy, regulated sectors
- Strong data integration and ETL expertise
- Confident communicator who can bridge technical and business audiences
- Experience with SAP, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and hybrid delivery models
