The role:
Step into the role of Senior Business Analyst and lead key ICT projects including Azure Landing Zone deployment, Backup & Recovery, Privileged Access Management, and related systems. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, shape business processes, and deliver solutions that make a real impact across the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Drive stakeholder engagement and lead dynamic workshops to gather clear, actionable requirements
- Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Analyse and optimise business processes to boost efficiency and outcomes
- Champion solution design, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and stakeholder needs
- Own traceability of business benefits through to system delivery and support organisational change initiatives
- Manage client expectations and coordinate delivery with internal teams and external vendors
Skills & Experience:
- Bring 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, delivering high-impact projects
- Apply deep knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cloud platforms (especially Azure), and ITSM
- Expertly use BPMN, SDLC, and PRINCE2 methodologies to drive results
- Communicate and facilitate effectively to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Thrive working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and leading workshops
- Strong skills in business process modelling and translating requirements into solutions
- Experience analysing business cases and managing risk to deliver benefits
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and project management frameworks
