About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business value.
You’ll play a key role in shaping requirements for digital onboarding, secure authentication, identity verification, and next-gen banking features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business requirements and user stories for digital banking and digital identity initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and developers to ensure alignment of requirements with customer and business needs.
- Support delivery teams through the software development lifecycle, including testing, validation, and change management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
About You
- Previous experience as a senior business analyst within banking and/or finance
- Proven experience working on Digital Identity projects (e.g., eKYC, biometric authentication, federated identity, identity proofing).
- Strong understanding of customer journeys in mobile/web banking platforms.
- Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
