Davidson is partnering with a well-established organisation to deliver a cyber uplift program focused on strengthening data protection and third-party risk management capabilities.

About the Role
This Senior Business Analyst will support a newly approved cyber uplift program, with a core focus on data protection and third-party cyber risk management. The work includes implementing a data classification framework, a third-party risk assessment framework, and the associated controls and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating workshops and leading in-depth discovery across data usage and flows, including within cloud and Microsoft environments
  • Eliciting, validating, and documenting business and technical requirements (BRDs, as-is/to-be processes)
  • Supporting the development of implementation pathways for controls and processes aligned to third-party engagement models
  • Contributing to test strategy, test scripts, and management of UAT cycles
  • Supporting organisational change activities to ensure stakeholders are engaged through design, build, and rollout (delivery targeted mid-2026)
  • Coaching and guiding other BAs/programme team members where needed

About You
To be successful, the candidate will bring:

  • Extensive experience in Business Analysis within cyber security (essential)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across IT and business groups
  • Experience working within data protection and third-party cyber risk management projects.
  • Proven capability across the full SDLC, with exposure to Agile delivery
  • Strong requirements elicitation/documentation skills, process modelling, and business process improvement experience
  • Experience supporting test cycles (including UAT) and creating practical artefacts (test strategy/scripts)
  • Data analysis and modelling capability (e.g., data modelling / ERDs, data integration/migration/reporting exposure)
