About the Role
This is a key role focused on shaping and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement, improve digital capabilities, and support our client’s mission to deliver seamless, intuitive customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives across customer-facing platforms
- Work closely with product owners, UX designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements
- Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and document business processes, customer journeys, and user stories
- Analyse data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for platform enhancements
- Support the delivery of projects from ideation through to implementation, ensuring business outcomes are met
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations grounded in analysis and customer impact
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and business goals
About You
- Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong focus on customer platforms in banking and/or finance sectors
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, customer experience principles, and agile delivery methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and deliver clear documentation, including process maps, functional requirements, and user stories
- Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams with designers, developers, and testers
