About the Role
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be working within the Collections Service team and assist in configuring, maintaining and supporting the PowerCurve Collections (PCC) platform and associated integration.
You will be gathering the requirements from the business to ensure the correct functionality and then work with the Tech teams to drive the outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document collection processes to drive improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritise business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to integrate and enhance the collection platforms.
- Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and process optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
- Support system integration, UAT, and change management initiatives.
About You
- Significant experience as a Senior business analyst within banking and/or finance
- Proven experience in collection services within banking and/or finance
- Strong understanding of lending products, risk assessment, and credit decisioning.
- Experience with banking systems, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, business and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
