About the Role
The role:
You will join a high‑profile transformation program focused on asset management and operational processes. As a senior member of the delivery team, you will lead business analysis activities, shape both current and future state processes, and provide strategic input into system and operational change.
This role requires someone who can quickly establish credibility, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver value from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across a critical transformation program
- Conduct detailed current state analysis and define robust future state processes
- Drive process re‑engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, and outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and work closely with stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements to support system and operational improvements
- Support the delivery of system enhancements and operational change initiatives
- Provide strategic input into business and technology decisions aligned with asset lifecycle management
About You
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience with IBM Maximo (highly desirable)
- Experience within water utilities or similar organisations (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and operational processes (highly desirable)
- Alternatively, deep experience working within asset‑intensive industries (water, utilities, infrastructure, transport, energy)
- Demonstrated success delivering process re‑engineering and transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across technical and business teams
- Ability to step into a program quickly and provide immediate impact
