Davidson is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Analyst – Investment Transformation based in Sydney. This opportunity sits within a Fund Accounting and Operations function and will support strategic transformation across the Investments business
About the Role
This is a hands-on transformation role working across Investments, Operations, Product, Finance, Technology and Asset Management. You will support the delivery of complex investment change initiatives, including asset and investment restructures, fund transitions and operating model changes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering investment transformation and strategic change initiatives
- Coordinating asset restructures, investment restructures and fund transitions
- Analysing investment processes and target operating models
- Developing business requirements, implementation plans and process documentation
- Supporting testing, business readiness, impact assessments and implementation
- Coordinating with custodians, administrators, registries and technology partners
- Managing risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery
About You
You will bring extensive experience across investment operations, funds management, superannuation, asset management, investment implementation or transformation environments. Strong knowledge of investment structures, operating models and processes within superannuation or wealth management will be important.
You will also ideally have:
- Experience with investment restructures, asset transitions or large-scale business change
- Strong business analysis skills across requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology and external providers
- Strong Excel capability, with HiPort or Unison experience highly regarded
- A relevant tertiary qualification, with CPA/CA advantageous
