About the Role

Seeking a highly capable Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join the Engineering Services Hub.

In this role, you’ll drive delivery cadence, manage demand and capacity, support backlog prioritisation, and provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and projects.

You’ll work closely with Hub Leads to ensure smooth sprint execution, remove impediments, and uplift delivery efficiency and team performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead as a senior member of the Data Engineering Hub, promoting high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Support decision-making by outlining options, impacts, and recommendations, and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and run effective scrum ceremonies, ensure transparent reporting, and manage business and delivery risks.
  • Facilitate cross-team and cross-project dependency management, removing blockers and escalating issues where required.
  • Work with Hub Leads on backlog grooming, prioritisation, sprint planning, and product demonstrations.
  • Proactively manage demand, capacity, and key person dependencies across the hub.

About You

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in sprint planning, cadence management, prioritisation, and release planning in a large Agile or Scaled Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of enterprise agility practices and demonstrated experience enabling continuous, quality delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams, provide constructive feedback, and support performance improvement.
  • High levels of accountability, professionalism, and transparency.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across an organisation
  • A technical background will be advantageous
