About the Role
Davidson Technology Consulting is seeking an experienced
SAP Implementation Consultant
to play a key role in a large-scale transformation program for a leading multinational organisation.
This multi-year, multimillion-dollar initiative involves migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA through the RISE with SAP
platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and global vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration via RISE with SAP.
- Develop and execute detailed implementation plans in line with enterprise strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external systems integrators to manage delivery, governance, and quality assurance.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes across multiple workstreams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide regular progress updates and strategic guidance.
- Ensure program deliverables align with business goals, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience leading or delivering SAP transformation programs, particularly SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
- Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP, including architecture, data migration, and cloud delivery models.
- Demonstrated success in complex enterprise environments, ideally on $100M+ programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level audiences.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery oversight capabilities.
- Project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, MSP) are highly desirable.
