The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to step into a major SAP S/4HANA transformation supporting a large-scale supply chain and pharmacy operating model uplift. You will join a specialist delivery team focused on building fit-for-purpose Sales and Distribution capability, shaping order-to-cash design, and helping deliver a modern enterprise platform that supports warehousing, ERP, and future operational demand. The work is genuinely enterprise-level, highly visible, and suited to someone who knows how to cut through complexity and deliver practical SAP outcomes in a project environment.
The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution design and delivery across key project phases, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA SD solutions aligned to business requirements
- Support end-to-end order-to-cash process design across a complex environment
- Deliver configuration, functional specs, WRICEF objects, and detailed documentation
- Drive integration across MM, FI, EWM, BTP, and external systems
- Support testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilisation
- Partner with project stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable solutions
About You
You are a senior SAP functional consultant who has actually built things, not just inherited templates. This role needs someone with strong SD depth, sharp judgement, and the credibility to operate across both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven SAP S/4HANA SD experience in greenfield and live production environments
- Strong end-to-end O2C capability, including bespoke design and configuration
- Deep understanding of integration across MM, FI, EWM, BTP, and external platforms
- Strong fit-gap analysis, problem-solving, and solution design capability
- Confident communicator who can work across technical and non-technical audiences
- SAP S/4HANA SD certification is desirable, with related module certifications advantageous
