SAP Functional Specialist (Finance Analyst)
Contract 12 Months Sydney Hybrid
We are currently seeking experienced SAP Functional Specialists (Finance Analysts) to support a large-scale data migration project. Multiple positions are available for a 12-month contract based in Sydney, with flexible hybrid working (2–3 days in-office per week at McKell Building).

Location: Sydney CBD, 2–3 days onsite

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Checks: Police check and two references required
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to gather finance and data migration requirements

Analyse and map financial data for migration, ensuring alignment with SAP Finance structure

Lead the migration of PPM data including project structures, budgets, and cost plans
-
Ensure SAP configuration supports accurate data transfer and troubleshoot integration issues

Develop and execute test scripts for migration validation, reconciliation, and UAT
-
Provide post-migration support and resolve data issues
Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in SAP Finance and data migration projects

Solid understanding of PPM data and SAP integration best practices

Proven ability to engage stakeholders and document complex processes

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and meeting tight project timelines
