AP Data Readiness Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Data Readiness Lead to manage data migration activities as part of a global SAP ECC rollout for a multinational pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality legacy data preparation and migration across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead data extraction, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities for SAP ECC migration

Manage migration of customer, vendor, material, and transactional data, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with local subject matter experts to validate data and align with global data governance policies

Support data load cycles, cutover plans, and reconciliation efforts during rollout phases
Requirements:

7+ years of SAP or ERP data management and migration experience

Strong understanding of ECC master and transactional data objects, preferably within pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors

Experience with ETL tools such as SAP LSMW, Data Services, or Excel

Knowledge of supply chain or serialization data is a plus
