We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to support and improve Customer Engagement (CE) solutions with a focus on the Utilities sector. This role involves designing and delivering CRM functionalities, aligning them with business needs, and integrating with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP CS knowledge, strong technical-functional skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and replicate CIC0/FOP processes within CE.
- Implement SAP CS solutions for the Meter-to-Cash cycle in Utilities.
- Integrate SAP CS with Device Management, Billing, and FI-CA.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP CRM functions, FOP, and Web UI.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement resolution plans for CRM issues.
- Work with business stakeholders to prioritise and approve functional requirements.
- Manage internal and external delivery resources, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Ensure CRM solutions align with SAP architecture and business process strategies.
- Define and manage requirements elicitation and approval processes.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in SAP CRM with both functional and technical experience.
- Expertise in CRM 7.0 Web UI, FOP, t
- Strong understanding of Utilities sector SAP CS processes.
- Proficient in IDOCs, ABAP Objects, WRICEF.
- Experience managing stakeholders and working with regulated industries.
- Skilled in business process mapping, consulting, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with ITIL practices and process improvement methods.
