The Opportunity
Our client in the financial sector is seeking a Salesforce Test Manager to support their greenfield, enterprise wide Salesforce implementation. This is a strategically important program, offering the chance to shape the testing strategy from the ground up in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The project has moved into the development phase and requires a strong leader to guide testing across Salesforce and integrated systems, with an emphasis on data integrity and stakeholder engagement.
Melbourne based opportunity, must be able to attend the office in the CBD 3 days per week.
The Role
As a Salesforce Test Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end test management for a greenfield Salesforce implementation project
- Developing and executing the overall test strategy, including system, integration, regression, and UAT phases
- Overseeing a team of manual, automation, and data testers across multiple Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment across business and technical teams
- Ensuring rigorous data testing and validation across integrated systems using SQL or Azure Cloud environments
- Upholding quality standards across the SDLC, driving best practices in QA methodologies and test documentation
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will:
- Experience in test management, including at least extensive experience on Salesforce projects
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, objects, data models, relationships, profiles, and permissions
- Strong knowledge of QA processes and testing fundamentals across functional, regression, and integration testing
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and cross-system data integrity testing
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive testing outcomes in complex project environments
- Excellent planning and communication skills, with a proactive approach to risk and issue management
