Davidson Technology Consulting is looking for an experienced Test Lead to support a high-impact Salesforce change program. You will lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce Sales and Customer Service modules, reporting impacts and testing data migration, coordinating with offshore Test Analyst team and driving quality outcomes at pace.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the testing strategy, planning, and delivery for a Salesforce redesign program
- Own test case design, execution oversight, traceability, defect management and retest cycles
- Coordinate and manage offshore Test Analysts and daily testing rhythms
- Drive regression coverage across approvals, routing, queues, and reporting changes
- Partner with delivery and business stakeholders to support UAT readiness and sign-off
- Contribute to acceleration opportunities using AI / automation-assisted testing approaches (where feasible)
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Test Lead on complex, configuration-heavy programs
- Strong manual testing capability and leadership across distributed teams
- Salesforce testing experience, ideally across role hierarchy / permissions, approval workflows, case queues and routing, reporting and dashboards, and data migration validation
- Ability to work quickly in ambiguous environments and start immediately
- Comfort collaborating across business and technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI-assisted test design or automation acceleration methods (even if early-stage)
