Must be able to attend the Sydney CBD office 3 days per week. Sydney location is preferred but also open to Melbourne (Melbourne CBD office) Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for this position.
The Role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the client’s Salesforce environment and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions across business units.
Your other responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Ensuring smooth operation, optimisation, and regular upgrades of Salesforce products and integrations
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating these into technical solutions
- Supporting approximately 50 users and implementing consistent best practices across the business
- Managing data integrity, performing diagnostics, cleansing, and maintaining user roles, workflows, and reports
- Assisting in the decommissioning of legacy platforms, ensuring a seamless transition across systems
About You
In order to be a successful applicant you will bring deep expertise in Salesforce development and administration, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, workflows, etc.)
- Salesforce Developer certification and experience integrating with APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience working in mid-sized, dynamic organisations
- The ability to work autonomously in a standalone role with high visibility across the business
