The Opportunity
We're seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to drive best-practice Salesforce implementations across a complex platform environment within a Salesforce remediation project.. This role focuses on delivering custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
The Role
Take ownership of technical delivery and implement scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.
- Deliver custom Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Components
- Lead end-to-end delivery including integration and data migration work
- Review and manage development work across a hybrid delivery team
- Develop, test and document platform solutions aligned with client needs
- Collaborate on low-level solution design and technical decision-making
- Work closely with business and tech stakeholders across multiple projects
About You
You’re an experienced Salesforce developer who thrives in technical leadership roles and knows how to translate platform capabilities into best-practice solutions.
- Proven experience with Salesforce custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and design best practices
- Experience with middleware integrations and complex data migrations
- Ability to lead technical teams and perform code reviews (onshore & offshore)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively navigate salesforce remediation projects.
- Proactive, delivery-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience within travel/Aviation or similar industry is highly advantageous.
