About the Role
We are supporting a leading global consulting partner in their search for an experienced Salesforce Technical Business Analyst
to join their onshore delivery team. In this role, you’ll act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team, gathering, analysing and translating requirements into high-quality user stories that drive successful Salesforce solution delivery.
You will work closely with architects, developers and customer teams within a fast-paced, agile environment to help shape scalable solutions for large, complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements, converting them into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Plan, organise and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to extract functional and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate interpretation and successful delivery of user stories.
- Perform system testing and manage defect triage where required.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements and contribute innovative, practical solutions.
- Analyse customer journeys and pain points, producing journey maps and process flows to support solution design.
- Support agile delivery practices using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Technical BA within Salesforce environments.
- Strong experience across Salesforce core clouds, particularly Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven background working in complex, integrated, multi-stream Salesforce programs.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and project tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
