Davidson is partnering with a leading consulting business to deliver support to the Salesforce platform at a leading manufacturing company. You’ll join a high-performing team that blends engineering rigor with customer-focus, scaling solutions across global stakeholder groups. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition from project go-live into RUN, safeguarding platform stability while enabling continuous improvement.

About the role

  • Own transition and production support for Salesforce Service/Experience Cloud post go-live, operating across L2/L3.
  • Triage and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and manage small to medium enhancements through change processes.
  • Design, develop, and configure Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Collaborate closely with global business and technology stakeholders throughout the RUN phase to prioritise fixes and improvements.
  • Maintain platform stability, performance, security, and compliance with enterprise standards across releases.

About you

  • Hands-on Salesforce engineer with strong Apex, LWC, and Flow development skills and a passion for clean, maintainable solutions.
  • Proven experience in application support (L2/L3), with solid incident, problem, and change management practices.
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders—clear communicator who can translate technical issues into business language.
  • Familiar with structured release & deployment management (e.g., CI/CD, sandboxes, change sets/devops tooling).
  • Quality-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure—able to balance rapid incident response with long-term platform health.

  • Primary: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows; Application Support (L2/L3); Incident & Change Management.
  • Secondary: Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM); Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware); Release & Deployment Management; Stakeholder communication with global teams.
