About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer
to join a high-performing Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team working on a NSW Government engagement, on a 4-month contract with Hybrid schedule of once a month in Sydney office.
This is a hands-on development role for someone who can work autonomously, deliver quickly, and contribute from day one within an Agile project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to defined user stories and technical designs
- Develop using Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components
- Configure and enhance Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and declarative components
- Collaborate with architects, tech leads and other developers within sprint cycles
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Flows
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Agile delivery experience
- Salesforce DX / Git experience (preferred)
Certifications:
- Salesforce Admin certification
- At least one Salesforce Developer certification preferred
- Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus but not essential
