We’re looking for a Salesforce Development Lead to join our clients team of passionate professionals. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and peers within the Salesforce community on a wide variety of collaborative and forward-thinking projects. You'll bring deep technical knowledge, consulting experience, and a hands-on approach to delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, build, test and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions within defined architectural guidelines.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to scope and design new features and platform enhancements that support outstanding customer experiences.
- Advising on Salesforce best practices and driving the solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
- Working with developers and functional consultants to build solutions that align with both technical and architectural standards.
- Supporting and mentoring junior developers and testers, helping to grow capability across the team.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years’ experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, along with familiarity with commonly used AppExchange applications.
- Experience with Health Cloud is a strong advantage, though not essential.
- Strong technical skills, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Copado, Apex, triggers, classes, APIs, and Salesforce’s declarative tools.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client business needs and develop technology solutions that support them.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Relevant certifications, including Platform Developer II and OmniStudio.
