About the Role
We are supporting a leading global consulting partner in their search for an experienced Salesforce Developer
to join their Sydney-based technology delivery team. This role is part of a major transformation program, offering the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing and implementation.
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce technologies.
- Build integrations with external systems using APIs or integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Azure).
- Ensure all development complies with Salesforce best practices, coding standards and security guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and delivery teams to implement system improvements.
- Provide proactive support and contribute to a positive delivery culture.
- Manage defect triage, analysis and resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation such as design documents, release notes and user guides.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC and other Salesforce platform tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and other modern web technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD processes.
- Nice to have: exposure to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or Omnistudio.
