We're partnering with one of Queensland's leading event organisations to recruit a Sponsorship Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of corporate partners while identifying and securing new sponsorship opportunities across a range of high-profile events.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Sponsorship, you'll manage the full sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development through to negotiation, activation and ongoing relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing new sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners.
- Developing tailored sponsorship proposals and negotiating agreements.
- Delivering sponsor benefits, activations and event outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You'll bring:
- Success in sponsorship sales, partnerships or commercial business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience working within events, sport, tourism, hospitality, entertainment or a similar commercial environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for delivering results.
