We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Sales Consultant to join a thriving team based in Mansfield. This is a newly created, full-time, in-office role with plenty of perks, structure, and celebration.

What you’ll do
- Reach out to warm leads (no cold horror stories here) and educate customers on their services.
- Reignite unsold opportunities from the day before—pick up where the on-site team left off.
- Help customers compare quotes, offer tailored discounts, set up finance, and close the deal.
- Collaborate closely with agents in the field to help seal the sale.
- Track and smash your weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, texts, emails, and sales).

You’ll need
- Outbound phone-based sales experience and the drive to get results
- Confidence, resilience, and a clear, compelling phone manner
- Basic tech/computer skills and a love of targets
- Ability to build rapport and close deals (with flair)
