About the Role
This role will lead the architectural direction for a major ERP to S/4HANA transformation program, shaping the strategy and roadmap for migration across a complex SAP landscape supporting multiple business functions. The position is responsible for designing a future-state architecture aligned to both business and IT strategy, ensuring the platform remains stable, scalable, and integrated across SAP and non-SAP services.
Working closely with executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders, you will help define functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, contribute to the development of the program business case, and guide the successful delivery of the transformation program.
About You
You are an experienced SAP Program or Enterprise Architect with a strong track record delivering large-scale SAP transformation initiatives. You bring deep technical expertise across the SAP ecosystem and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architecture and implementation strategies.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as an SAP Program or Enterprise Architect, with S/4HANA implementation experience within complex environments.
- Strong experience designing and delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs with multiple integrated systems and stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including core modules such as FI, CO, PM, MM, PS, as well as IS-U, Business Warehouse, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, GRC and UX solutions.
- Experience with SAP RISE, BTP, and Clean Core principles.
- Strong capability across SAP system design, migration, transformation, and configuration, with understanding of SAP Basis, infrastructure, and security.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and S/4HANA architecture patterns.
- Experience applying Agile delivery, DevOps, cloud technologies, data management, and integration architecture within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of ECC to S/4HANA migration approaches, including brownfield system conversions.
- Experience working with SAP archiving solutions or third-party tools such as OpenText or ILM.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
