About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Rostering Coordinator
to join the team on a 6-month contract. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for coordinating care staff rosters, responding to last-minute changes and ensuring clients continue to receive seamless, high-quality support.
Working closely with care staff, clients and internal stakeholders, you'll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, balancing competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll manage schedules in real time, coordinate shift coverage, update workforce information and communicate changes via phone and email.
This contract is ideal for an experienced scheduler who can hit the ground running, enjoys working in a dynamic environment and thrives on solving problems while making a genuine difference to the community.
About You
You are a natural organiser who enjoys bringing structure to a busy day and remains calm when priorities change.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling or workforce coordination
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with confidence managing phone and email enquiries
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to think quickly and solve problems as they arise
- Confidence using multiple systems, with experience using Sandwai highly regarded
- Experience within aged care, disability, healthcare or community services will be highly regarded, but is not essential
