Enterprise Risk Manager – Contract – Geelong
Contract opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join a Performance, Risk and Strategy division within a large Victorian organisation.
This role will support executive leadership in strengthening enterprise-wide risk management and embedding a risk aware culture.
This is a 4 to 5 month labour hire contract with potential extension.
Three days per week onsite in Geelong is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and embed enterprise risk frameworks across the organisation
- Prepare risk papers and reporting for Executive Leadership and Board Committees
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and manage strategic and operational risks
- Drive improvements to risk controls, internal assurance and governance processes
- Manage crisis and business continuity planning activities
- Coach and support a small team of risk professionals
- Ensure compliance with Victorian Government risk and protective data security frameworks
Key requirements:
- Proven experience leading enterprise wide risk management in a large organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and board level reporting experience
- Experience in public sector, corporate or financial services environments
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities
Contract details:
- 38 hours per week
- 4 to 5 month contract, immediate start preferred
- Geelong location with three days per week onsite
