JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Consultant
to join a major retail transformation program. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to analyse requirements, design retail solutions, and support the delivery of key retail capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into retail solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Support Master Data, Pricing, Promotions, Article Management, and Store Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to retail process improvements and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Retail Consultant, Retail Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data, Pricing, Promotions, Article Management, and Store Operations.
- Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Retail transformation or implementation project experience is highly desirable.
