Remuneration and Benefits Manager
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Geelong - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Contract length: 3 months, with possible extension
A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Remuneration and Benefits Manager to support public sector projects. The role requires strong technical skills and a solid understanding of relevant frameworks and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out remuneration evaluations for Enterprise Agreement roles using the Hay Methodology
- Conduct remuneration assessments for Executive roles using the Victorian Public Sector Commission’s Public Entity Executive Remuneration Classification Framework
- Provide advice on public sector remuneration matters, including board and subcommittee reporting and applying the Premier's annual remuneration adjustment guideline rate
- Lead remuneration-related projects to ensure outcomes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with legislative and industrial requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience using the Hay Methodology for role evaluations
- Familiarity with executive remuneration frameworks in the Victorian public sector
- Understanding of reporting obligations and compliance in a public sector environment
- Proven experience leading large remuneration projects in a structured and compliant way
