About the Role
Looking to take the next step in your customer service career while working fully from home? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, fast-paced team in a role with real purpose and long-term potential.
Starting as a casual contract through to October, there is a strong chance of extension through to March next year.
This role is a mix of customer service, complaint handling and soft sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for families, helping resolve issues, guide conversations and deliver positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high-volume inbound calls, emails and web chats
- Handling complaints and difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Guiding families towards suitable solutions and alternative options
- Booking tours and supporting enrolment enquiries
- Working across multiple systems in a fast-paced remote environment
Hours are Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:30pm on a rotating roster. No weekends.
About You
You’re confident speaking with people, stay calm under pressure and know how to turn a difficult conversation into a positive outcome. You are also comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment and can stay motivated while managing competing priorities from home.
You will bring: - Experience in customer service, contact centre or sales roles
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or fully remote role
- Strong complaint handling and communication skills
- A solutions-focused mindset and ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills and confidence navigating multiple systems
- A full work from home setup including reliable internet and quiet workspace
- A Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
