About the Role
As the Release Manager, you will take ownership of coordinating and governing release processes across multiple product streams. You will work closely with engineering, delivery, QA, and security teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to service levels, enterprise architecture, and modern delivery practices.
You will play a central role in balancing competing priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring releases are executed with precision across all environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end product and platform release cycles across multiple initiatives
- Establish and govern processes for managing access, data, code, and configuration across environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, development, QA, and security
- Ensure releases align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), business expectations, and enterprise standards
- Drive the adoption of contemporary delivery methods, tools, and best practices
- Manage release planning activity, including prioritisation and dependency mapping across critical initiatives
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders to support effective delivery outcomes
About You
- Strong understanding of project criticality, including prioritisation across competing initiatives and managing dependencies within complex infrastructure environments
- Proven experience in a Release Manager or similar role within enterprise settings
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated experience engaging with Executive Leadership Team (ELT)-level stakeholders
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse technical and business teams
