Technology recruitment delivery consultant
Join Davidson's national technology recruitment team
Looking for a recruitment role where your contribution is valued beyond placement numbers?
Want to work with people who share knowledge, support each other and take pride in doing the right thing?
Or perhaps you're ready to grow your career and explore opportunities beyond traditional recruitment.
At Davidson, you'll have the opportunity to do all three.
Who we are
Davidson is an Australian professional services business with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide.
We bring together expertise across people, strategy and technology to help organisations solve today's challenges and build capability for the future.
Our three service lines are Davidson Executive & Talent, Davidson Strategy & Performance and Davidson Technology Consulting.
This role sits within Davidson Executive & Talent, where we help organisations find and support specialist talent, from early career professionals through to executive and board leaders.
You'll join our national technology recruitment team, supporting clients across recruitment and consulting engagements.
The opportunity
We're growing our national technology delivery team and looking for an experienced delivery consultant to support a strong pipeline of technology recruitment opportunities.
You'll work closely with our 360 consultants and account managers to connect technology professionals with the right opportunities.
Your role goes beyond filling positions. You'll build trusted candidate relationships, share market knowledge and help deliver a recruitment experience that respects people's time and career goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining talent networks within your specialist technology area.
- Managing the candidate journey, from initial engagement through to selection and placement.
- Working with account managers on client briefings, squad proposals and market insights.
- Supporting technology networking events and market engagement activities.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and consistent recruitment processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Australia to share talent, insights and opportunities.
- Contributing to a team environment where people support each other and share in success.
About you
You know recruitment is about more than matching a CV to a job description. It's about understanding people, building trust and following through on commitments.
You'll bring:
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within technology, or a genuine interest in developing your technology specialisation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with IT professionals.
- The organisation and adaptability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach and the ability to respond quickly when opportunities arise.
- Resilience, accountability and a willingness to keep learning.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
- The motivation to deliver results while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Most importantly, you'll value teamwork and take pride in the way you work, not just the outcomes you achieve.
Why Davidson?
Your career shouldn't be limited to one pathway.
Recruitment is part of what we do, but it's not all we do.
With expertise spanning people, strategy and technology, Davidson offers opportunities to explore different career directions.
Whether you're interested in growing your recruitment specialisation, moving into leadership or exploring opportunities across our other service lines, there's room to have those conversations.
Here's what else you can expect:
- Earning potential: A competitive base salary and uncapped bonuses on every placement, with no threshold.
- Flexibility: A hybrid working model that balances time in the office and at home.
- Time to recharge: No weekend or public holiday work, plus a Christmas shutdown period.
- A team-first environment: Colleagues who share candidates, insights and opportunities rather than working in isolation.
- Recognition and connection: Team lunches, social clubs, monthly celebration hours, quarterly events and annual incentive trips.
- Broader career opportunities: The opportunity to develop your skills and explore different pathways across Davidson.
We believe strong performance and a supportive workplace can go hand in hand. Your contribution matters, and success is about more than hitting a KPI.
