This opportunity sits within our Technology Recruitment team, supporting a national client base across both traditional recruitment and consulting engagements.


The Opportunity

Our National Technology Delivery Team is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to support a strong pipeline of high-volume opportunities across our Technology practice.

You’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top technology talent, partnering closely with 360 Consultants and Account Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing talent pools within your specialist technology vertical
  • Managing the end-to-end candidate experience and selection process
  • Partnering with account managers on key client initiatives, including squad proposals, job briefings and market insights
  • Supporting technology networking initiatives and market engagement activities
  • Maintaining strong processes and candidate administration standards
  • Collaborating with interstate teams to share talent, insights and opportunities
  • Contributing to a high-performing, team-first culture where knowledge and candidates are shared

About You

We’re looking for experienced recruiters who genuinely care about the candidate experience and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with IT professionals
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Energy, drive and speed to market
  • Technology recruitment experience (or a strong desire to deepen your tech capability)
  • Resilience and a positive mindset
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support your team
