This opportunity sits within our Technology Recruitment team, supporting a national client base across both traditional recruitment and consulting engagements.
The Opportunity
Our National Technology Delivery Team is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to support a strong pipeline of high-volume opportunities across our Technology practice.
You’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top technology talent, partnering closely with 360 Consultants and Account Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing talent pools within your specialist technology vertical
- Managing the end-to-end candidate experience and selection process
- Partnering with account managers on key client initiatives, including squad proposals, job briefings and market insights
- Supporting technology networking initiatives and market engagement activities
- Maintaining strong processes and candidate administration standards
- Collaborating with interstate teams to share talent, insights and opportunities
- Contributing to a high-performing, team-first culture where knowledge and candidates are shared
About You
We’re looking for experienced recruiters who genuinely care about the candidate experience and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with IT professionals
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Energy, drive and speed to market
- Technology recruitment experience (or a strong desire to deepen your tech capability)
