This is an ideal role for someone with a couple of years of experience in recruitment who thrives in candidate engagement and is ready to grow their expertise in client delivery—working closely with senior consultants and managers to support a diverse client base.
About the Role
You will play a key role in the delivery of recruitment solutions, primarily within the accounting and finance sector, with the opportunity to flex across other industries as needed. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced Account Managers and Practice Leaders to identify and engage top-tier talent, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the pace of agency recruitment and is ready to deepen their skills in talent sourcing, stakeholder communication and market insight—without the immediate pressure of new business development.
- Source, engage and manage high-quality candidates for active assignments
- Work closely with Account Managers and Practice Leaders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain strong candidate talent pools across key disciplines
- Provide timely updates and candidate insights to support client delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with compliance standards
- Participate in team initiatives, projects and continuous improvement efforts
About You
You’re someone with early experience in recruitment—agency or internal—who is passionate about connecting people with opportunity. You bring strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Some demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing
- A genuine passion for candidate care and talent delivery
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team
- An interest in the accounting and finance sector, with openness to work across other industries
