About the Role
This dual-role opportunity has a strong focus on accounts payable, while also providing general administrative and front-of-house support. It’s well-suited to someone who enjoys variety and brings energy and precision to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Focus
- Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Prepare and execute payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Support end-of-month financial processes and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Xero
Reception & Office Support
- Manage incoming calls and welcome visitors
- Maintain a tidy and professional office environment
- Coordinate mail, couriers, and office supply orders
- Provide ad hoc admin support across departments as required
About You
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable is essential
- Confident with Xero and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable as the face of the business
- Able to handle competing priorities and work autonomously
