Our client is a respected, purpose-driven organisation delivering meaningful outcomes across communities and infrastructure. Due to increased project activity, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Paralegal / Clerk to join the team on an initial 3–6 month contract basis.

This role offers flexibility to work predominantly from home, with occasional travel required to head office for team collaboration and stakeholder meetings.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the corporate and project teams, you will provide high-level administrative and paralegal support across a broad range of property matters. This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously while remaining highly organised and detail focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation, review and coordination of property and legal documentation
  • Support lease administration, property transactions and contract management activities
  • Maintain accurate property and legal records, databases and registers
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal providers and government authorities
  • Coordinate document execution, filing and compliance requirements
  • Assist with settlement administration and related property processes
  • Provide general administrative support across the property and legal function

About You

You will bring prior experience in a corporate or legal environment and possess strong administrative capability. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a Property Paralegal, Property Clerk, Contracts Assistant or similar
  • Exposure to property transactions, leasing or legal administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to work independently
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and systems
