About the Role
Deliver frontline ICT support by resolving incidents and service requests efficiently. Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring excellent customer service and escalating complex cases per procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level ICT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and desktop/mobile device issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior staff or external partners.
- Maintain knowledge base and service records.
- Support installation and maintenance of ICT hardware, OS, networking, conferencing, endpoint security, and print platforms.
- Adhere to ICT policies, security standards, SLAs, and ensure clear communication for positive user experience.
Skills & Experience
- Proven technical expertise in ICT domains including infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or end-user computing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience; industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) preferred.
- Experience with complex ICT environments, M365 administration, enterprise networking, and Australian work rights required.
