About the Role

This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a Project Scheduler to support the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation initiative. You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project schedules using Smartsheet —ensuring critical path tracking, milestone monitoring, and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing integrated project schedules across various departments
  • Working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain schedule accuracy and alignment
  • Identifying schedule risks and opportunities and proposing solutions
  • Generating reports and dashboards for senior leadership using Smartsheet

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on large programs of work
  • Strong Smartsheet proficiency is a must
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
