About the Role
As the Project Portfolio Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects, within budget, to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of organisational objectives
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Change Leads, and the broader team to ensure consistent practices, efficient operations, and timely support across initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end project delivery activities across the practice
- Coordinate resourcing, onboarding, and offboarding of project team members
- Manage project documentation, governance registers, and templates
- Facilitate practice meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain and build content in tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and project hubs
- Track and report on resourcing, budgets, and delivery progress
About You
- Proven experience as a Project or Program coordinator within large enterprise environments
- Experience in projects implementing ERP systems like SAP OR Oracle, within complex environments
- Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint (content management), and the Office Suite
- Familiarity with BI tools, MS Project, and project dashboards
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and delivery lifecycles
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
