About the Role
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver multiple projects, simultaneously, in a large, complex organisation.
This role requires someone who is happy being hands-on, drives pragmatism, and comfortable running multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Core Focus:
- End-to-end delivery across multiple projects
- Operate lean – outcome over process
- Heavy stakeholder + vendor management (complex, high-pressure environment)
- Manage risks, dependencies, blockers proactively
- Support light frameworks/templates + process digitisation (e.g. SharePoint)
About You
- Proven project management experience in large, complex environments
- Proven ability to take initiative and push through blockers
- Strong stakeholder engagement + influencing skills
- Hands-on, delivery-first mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and pressure
