About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise planning and delivery across critical corporate systems initiatives. This role will manage the prioritisation, scoping, procurement, and delivery of technology enhancements and new capabilities aligned to strategic objectives.
You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. Working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and government technology partners, you will drive clear governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure solutions transition effectively into operational environments. A strong focus on corporate systems and experience working with Cenitex will be highly regarded.
About You
- 7+ years’ experience delivering complex technology initiatives across Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid environments.
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1m.
- Strong background delivering SaaS-based ERP or corporate systems (e.g. D365, SAP).
- Experience working with Cenitex and understanding Victorian Government technology environments.
- Highly personable with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Outcome-focused with strong governance, risk, and financial management capability.
- Formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe) highly regarded.
