This is a Project Manager contract role in Brisbane delivering ICT projects in a complex environment, with a strong focus on M365 and Active Directory migrations, stakeholder management, and dependable delivery across multiple teams and dependencies.
About the Role
In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery for an allocated project within a broader program, keeping delivery on-track while managing risk, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver ICT projects in a managed service environment
- Lead cross-functional delivery activities and integrate workstreams to timelines
- Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Manage budgets, financial plans, revenue, and costs against agreed targets
- Identify, analyse, and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies
- Prepare implementation and communications plans for major stakeholders
About You
To succeed, you will bring hands-on migration experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence outcomes in complex environments.
- Demonstrated delivery of M365 and Active Directory migration projects (mid-large orgs)
- Solid M365 knowledge (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and AD (on-prem, hybrid, Azure AD)
- Experience with migration tooling (FastTrack, Quest, BitTitan, or similar)
- Practical AD migration capability (domain consolidation, accounts, GPOs, cutover)
- Working knowledge of IAM (SSO, MFA, conditional access)
- Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
- Previous Government experience is highly regarded
