A government department focused on improving customer services, supporting small and family businesses, and driving data-driven and digital innovation across public services.
The role:
You will manage the delivery of AI and digital initiatives that improve service outcomes and customer experiences. Working within a centralised Data and Artificial Intelligence team, you will coordinate stakeholders, guide agile delivery, and ensure projects align with strategic priorities while shaping future services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and digital projects
- Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clear scope, priorities and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies to support consistent delivery cadence
- Track progress, risks, issues and change to maintain delivery timelines
- Support implementation and transition activities to embed solutions
- Escalate issues and impacts to maintain alignment with program objectives
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering AI, digital or systems integration projects using agile methods
- Hands-on experience coordinating sprints, backlogs, risks and delivery tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in delivery-focused environments
- Experience across digital solutions, organisational change or customer experience domains
- Strong planning, problem-solving and strategic thinking capability
