Our client:
A leading organisation undergoing a critical HCM and Payroll system transformation.
The role:
Lead the delivery of a major HCM and Payroll implementation project, driving seamless integration and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of Workday (HCM) and Aurion (Payroll) systems with clear milestones and ownership.
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring contractual and quality standards are met.
- Manage change readiness, adoption, and coordinate testing to guarantee payroll accuracy.
- Provide transparent reporting and risk management to steering committees.
- Build trusted stakeholder and vendor relationships to maintain alignment and accountability.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in HCM/Payroll implementation projects.
- Experience with Workday and Aurion is highly advantageous.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
